We appreciated this place - well serviced hotel.
Everything was ideal, easy location near to the St Mark's Square, Ferrovia water bus station-which is where the railway station is at and the metro station in Sa n't Agnello, perfect 10/10 experience. One of the advantages - a nice size rooms; they included shower facilities and fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and pillows too.

The location is marvelous. Living by the Rialto bridge you'll always find the way home. All hot-spots are nearby. The staff will do the best to help you.
You're not allowed to cook. While living by the fish market you'll really dream about frying pan

Location was very good, we prefer to be outside of the most crowded areas but still be able to walk to everything we want to see.
The street where it is located is not at all appealing, the property is very basic but clean and very good value for the money.

Great experience overall! the service was top-notch with a touch of romance. I loved how convenient it was, located right by plenty of cafes and the boat station. Everything was on point, just a couple of the staff members were a bit too chatty at times. 🌟

The cozy little hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the Rialto bridge which gives your the perfect location if you want to reach all the main tourist attractions and shopping streets in just few seconds. The hotel is really cozy and gives you the feeling of living in a family house or smth similar. Did not have the feeling it was a hotel.
The room was very poorly isolated and you could hear every other guest in the hall and people on the street like they were in your room...

The location is very well and easy reacheable by vaporetto!
We booked the rooms approximately two months before but we got only one room with a bathroom. Though the landlady gave us a discount but we can not understand why it was a problem because there was a daily change in the rooms and we had had a booking for 3 nights! The typical Italian breakfast was also chaotic: First day morning the coffeemaker was unusable (but we had a new next morning!) and last morning at 8.00 A.M. milk and joghurt were off!

It was a great place to stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The owners were really lovely. Our room was nice, big and clean. We got free breakfast everyday. Great location. And we felt the owners went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. We will definitely recommend to others this accomodation.

Enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi, but who needs the nearest airport anyway? Breakfast was conveniently close to the waterbus and Rialto Bridge.
Ha, who needs a cot for my non-existent children? It was clearly 300 meters too far from Rialto Bridge.

Unfortunately, the strike happened in Venezia that day, we have to carry our luggage all the way from S.Lucia Station to the hotel, which is very tiring. We arrive at hotel over 9pm, therefore have to pay additional 20 euro for the late-checkin, got NO CHOICE. When booking, we'd contacted LRM, but NOT be informed of charging extra fee IN ADVANCE. The room is in 2nd floor, within bathroom, a little smaller than the one without bathroom. Bed mat is too soft, it feels leaning to the middle when lying down. The bathroom is OK :) but the washbasin is too small to wash face. Mosquitoes are around the room in Oct :( There's a bar nearby, drunk young man always talked loudly, the window is not very soundproof. Good: 1. near Rialto Bridge 2. reasonable price
1. extra 20 euro for late check-in, early check-in is also charged 2. poor soundproof 3. masqito 4. no air condition
